About The Position

As a Foreman on the Telecom Underground team at VCI Construction, LLC, you will lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. This role emphasizes safety, adherence to project timelines, and effective communication with property owners and crew members.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Relevant work experience or a combination of education and work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Communicate with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
