About The Position

Local and established Waterproofing and Foundation Repair company in Springfield, Missouri seeking full time employment for Foreman, Leadman and Laborers. Starting pay is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with opportunities to increase up to $35.00 per hour when promoted to a Foreman. Class E required for all Foreman (can obtain after employed). Foreman in Training program for new hires if qualified. This opportunity is a great chance to start a career with a growing organization. Essential duties may include, but are not limited to: Ability to work in confined spaces. Ability to follow direction. Manual digging and lifting 80-100 pounds. Available to work long hours and occasional Saturdays. Concrete labor/Moving concrete.
