Responsibilities

Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew
Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project
Supervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines
Overseeing quality control on job sites
Safely operating equipment such as a loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts
Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
