About The Position
As a Foreman II at Amtrak, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and directing employees in the safe performance of their jobs related to cleaning, servicing, inspecting, testing, and maintaining rolling stock equipment and components in accordance with FRA, FDA, and Amtrak guidelines and standards. You will supervise facility/yard operations or main facility operations related to assigned equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair programs, ensuring the movement, inspection, testing, servicing, and repair of cars and locomotives to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
