Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors. Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably. Communicating project status to the Director of Construction. Assist construction crew team members with heavy manual tasks as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of five plus years of previous experience in construction or other related fields.
Must be a licensed underground storage tank A&B Tank Installer (TX, NM, OK).
Excavator, loader, skid steer certified.
Familiarity with construction management.
Strong leadership qualities and excellent oral/written communications.
OSHA Certified Training, 30 HR Occupational Safety and Health Course, Combined space.
Excavation, Personal fall protection.
100% travel 2-3 weeks anywhere in our geographic area.
Ability to perform a complete fuel installation, installation of underground fuel tank, dispensers, Verifone equipment and program all equipment.

Ability to do some heavy physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Good noncommercial driver’s license history to indicate a habit of safe driving.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
