About The Position

Climate Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Electrical Foreman to support the Electrical division by providing day-to-day leadership of electrical crews. This role is responsible for supervising field labor, executing planned work, and ensuring electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong field experience, clear communication skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical construction experience, including 1-year supervisory experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, tools, materials, and applicable electrical codes.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with timekeeping or project tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Electrical Superintendent and Project Manager with daily execution of electrical work on assigned projects.
  • Provide direct supervision of electrical crews, including helpers, apprentices, and temporary labor.
  • Enforce jobsite safety practices, OSHA requirements, and company policies at all times.
  • Implement and maintain jobsite quality control procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and coach crew members on electrical tasks, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Track labor hours, productivity, and material usage; communicate manpower, material, and equipment needs to the Electrical Superintendent and Project Manager.
  • Assist with scope clarification, work sequencing, and identification of constructability issues.
  • Identify and communicate potential schedule delays, scope changes, or cost impacts to project leadership.
  • Ensure electrical work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, drawings, specifications, and company standards.
  • Coordinate electrical activities with subcontractors and other trades to support efficient job-site operations.
  • Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, and warranty-related work.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Support the Service department with electrical service, repair, and replacement work as needed.
  • Collaborate with Service Operations for coordination, dispatch, and completion of service tickets.
  • Protect company assets and represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
