As Foreman, EFO, you will provide direct, front-line supervision for assigned portions of electrical fit-out activities in a data center environment. You will support the Superintendent through planning, coordinating, and executing work safely and efficiently, ensuring quality, productivity, and strong field communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data center electrical or commercial electrical construction.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ability to supervise crews and coordinate work activities.
  • Working knowledge of QA/QC and safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to support documentation and reporting.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • OSHA Training Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Journeyman Electrical License preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision over assigned electrical fit-out scopes.
  • Coordinate electrical installation activities including power distribution and grounding.
  • Review electrical submittals, construction drawings, and detailing.
  • Order miscellaneous materials and coordinate needs with project leadership.
  • Initiate RFIs for field conditions or scope clarification.
  • Support project setup including layout, logistics, and work planning.
  • Assist with punch list development, management, and closeout.
  • Complete QA/QC checklists to ensure work quality.
  • Support daily coordination and reporting with the Superintendent.
  • Enforce site safety requirements and support safety meetings.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to assigned crews.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and strong leadership.
