As Foreman, EFO, you will provide direct, front-line supervision for assigned portions of electrical fit-out activities in a data center environment. You will support the Superintendent through planning, coordinating, and executing work safely and efficiently, ensuring quality, productivity, and strong field communication.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in data center electrical or commercial electrical construction.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.
Ability to supervise crews and coordinate work activities.
Working knowledge of QA/QC and safety requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to support documentation and reporting.
Strong collaboration skills.
High School diploma or GED required.
OSHA Training Certification.
Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience preferred.
Journeyman Electrical License preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision over assigned electrical fit-out scopes.
Coordinate electrical installation activities including power distribution and grounding.
Review electrical submittals, construction drawings, and detailing.
Order miscellaneous materials and coordinate needs with project leadership.
Initiate RFIs for field conditions or scope clarification.
Support project setup including layout, logistics, and work planning.
Assist with punch list development, management, and closeout.
Complete QA/QC checklists to ensure work quality.
Support daily coordination and reporting with the Superintendent.
Enforce site safety requirements and support safety meetings.
Provide leadership and supervision to assigned crews.
Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and strong leadership.
