Requirements

  • BS or BA Degree or AS or AA degree with an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
  • Minimum 3 years' of direct experience in program/project management.
  • Secret Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program management support to the Malaysia program.
  • Oversee all correspondence packages.
  • Coordinate with Program Management Database (SNS) programmers to address user system issues.
  • Initiate and track all international travel requirements.
  • Provide program meeting support including preparation of briefing materials and facilities support.
  • Provide logistics team support.
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Monitor correspondence progress and finalize all letters with enclosures to NAVAIR Program Office for signature.
  • Review completed correspondence between the PMA-265 IPT PM and the RMAF, ensuring all documents are scanned and posted to the SharePoint database.
  • Distribute and monitor all Pre-Travel Training Requirements (Travel Tracker).
  • Plan, coordinate and execute all travel/preparation requirements (hotels, transportation).
  • Coordinate the submission of Country Clearance message (CCM) and Malaysia Base Clearance Pass (BCP) Requests for personnel on temporary duty to Malaysia.
  • Provide Logistics elements support to RoR Manager.
  • Maintain/Update electronic correspondence tracking module in SharePoint Database.
  • Arrange hotel reservations and conference room arrangements for Malaysian Program Management Review (PMR) meetings.
  • Coordinate all base clearance access requests/approvals with RMAF HQ/ODC (BCPs).
  • Coordinate/schedule Telecom/VTC Requirements with ODC.
  • Update and maintain the Engineering Team Program Master Schedule Security/Safe Inspections.
  • Provide periodic inventory of all classified materials as requested by USG Technical Leads.
  • Provide IPT/Admin support working on SharePoint (SNS), correspondence, scanning of documents, and record keeping.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Malaysia SNS site.
  • Coordinate with SharePoint (SNS) technical personnel to identify and resolve SNS process flow issues.
