About The Position

The Foreign Military Sales Analyst will collaborate with thought leaders on projects for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and security cooperation. The role involves researching, developing, analyzing, assessing, planning, and supporting the Navy in expanding U.S. security cooperation objectives. The analyst will bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. The position requires applying advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The analyst will work without considerable direction and may mentor and supervise team members as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with program management, acquisition management, or international operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision-making, work delegation, and employee development.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience with FMS case management.
• 2+ years of experience developing FMS cases in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
• Knowledge of the Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), and Information Warehouse (IW).
• Knowledge of defense acquisition systems.
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills.
