About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Foreign Disclosure Analyst to support Missile Defense Agency’s International and Policy Directorate, International Security Division in providing reviews and recommendations on proposed disclosures/releases of supported Agency classified and controlled unclassified information to foreign countries and international organizations, as well as assist in reviewing ITAR exemptions, CFIUS, Munition Licenses, and Foreign Visit requests. The Applicant will: Provide analysis using DoD and Agency disclosure policies to develop positions on proposed disclosures/releases. Coordinate with internal and external agency subject matter experts (SMEs), track case progress, and review all responses for completeness and accuracy. Develop Agency positions on ITAR Exemption and Export License requests, using current U.S. export policies and prepare, coordinate, and track exemption memorandums. Provide analysis, review for completeness and accuracy, and assist in the development of draft and associated Disclosure Policy program documents including International Agreements (IA) (Summary Statement of Intent (SSOI), Industrial Security Agreements (ISA)), Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CP), Delegated Disclosure Authority Letters (DDL), Program Security Instructions (PSI), and Foreign Disclosure Guidelines (FDG). Utilize the Foreign Visits System (FVS) on the on the Security Policy Automation Network (SPAN) to accept, review, download, manage and provide final Agency positions on foreign visit requests. Provide analysis on the CFIUS Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) requests using DoD and MDA CFIUS policies and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred
  • 8+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project
  • Works independently and / or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems
  • Clearance: Secret

Responsibilities
