Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process. Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures. Reviews and gathers information relating to foreclosure documentation. Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents. Searches and reviews bankruptcy matters per written procedure. Establishes and maintains positive client/vendor relationships. Communicates with owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information. Coordinates and processes all mailings. Inputs and updates data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures. County E-recordings Prepare and send Reinstatement Quotes Accounting items such as invoicing and check deposits Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
