About The Position
This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate Headquarters location in Lancaster, PA or our Century Boulevard location in Wyomissing, PA. The Forecasting and Planning Analyst is primarily responsible for modeling accurate forecasts based on business assumptions and strategies. The incumbent in this role will collaborate with different teams to derive the assumptions to be modeled and ensure the reliability of the forecast, and will analyze complex data sets to identify key drivers of growth and the impact of market changes on future earnings. Additionally, the incumbent will monitor model accuracy, identify discrepancies, and implement improvements to enhance the forecast.
