About The Position

The Forecasting Analyst supports store replenishment processes by utilizing the Just Enough (JE) software and related systems. This role is responsible for maintaining and analyzing departmental reports, addressing inquiries, and ensuring accurate forecasting and replenishment strategies to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in forecasting software (e.g., Just Enough) and enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., iSeries).
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Familiarity with database tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage JE software and iSeries applications to investigate, analyze, test, and troubleshoot replenishment and forecasting processes.
  • Input data for programming, features, incentives, and seasonal planning into JE software to ensure accurate forecasting and replenishment.
  • Review and adjust forecasts to maintain appropriate product levels based on changes in sales trends or market conditions.
  • Monitor and adjust replenishment strategies to align with company objectives and market demands.
  • Generate and analyze sales and product data to support decision-making, responding to individual requests from management.
  • Adhere to company schedules for running reports, ensuring product data and authorizations are updated accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental inbox inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address abnormal sales trends, market shifts, or other factors impacting forecasts.
  • Participate in a weekend on-call rotation to support store order schedules.
