About The Position
In this position... Join the Ford Racing team! FR is a small team of dedicated Engineers who turn mainstream Ford vehicles into extraordinary performance machines (based in Allen Park, MI at Roush 57). This Studio role will steer the future of the next Generation of Raptors --- Own Off Road!
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the Studio process (both Interior and Exterior) for the Program
- Manage trade-offs between Engineering, Design and Finance to deliver “Gotta have it” appearance that delivers on the Ford Racing DNA
- Develop presentations to clearly communicate with the program team and leadership
- Deliver Appearance approvals with the Suppliers and support Color Harmony events during launch at the assembly plant
