About The Position
Ford Performance Parts Purchasing is a trusted supply chain partner providing value and fostering collaboration to procure aftermarket (retail) products which strive to exceed customer's expectations of cost, quality, and availability. Working on the team gives you an opportunity to deliver products to our customers that exceed expectations and help grow the business. The primary role is to execute commercial and supply chain activity to manage Ford Performance Parts for aftermarket consumers. Activities include engineering development, market tests, supplier selection, cost negotiations, marketing programs, supply chain and warehouse management. The buyer works cross functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Planning and Operations to develop new aftermarket (retail) kits and achieve inventory and part availability targets.
