Wholesale parts sales are a major revenue stream for Ford dealerships. A skilled dispatcher keeps deliveries smooth, customers happy, and the parts department running efficiently. They’re the behind-the-scenes force that keeps repair shops supplied and dealership operations profitable.

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English
Very tech savvy to operate the automated dispatch system.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 40–60 lbs regularly
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with local area routes (preferred)
Previous dealership or auto parts experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Order Coordination — Review incoming wholesale parts orders, verify availability, and prioritize based on urgency, customer type, and delivery routes.
Route Planning — Assign delivery routes to drivers, optimize stops, and adjust plans based on traffic, weather, or urgent add-on orders.
Communication Hub — Act as the central point between: Parts counter staff Wholesale customers Delivery drivers Inventory/warehouse team
Driver Support — Provide instructions, handle issues on the road, and ensure drivers have correct paperwork and parts.
Problem Solving — Address missing parts, backorders, incorrect deliveries, or customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Inventory Awareness — Work closely with the parts manager to understand stock levels, incoming shipments, and substitutions.
Documentation & Systems — Use dealership DMS systems (CDK, and automated dispatch system is Elite Extra) to track orders, print invoices, and log deliveries.
Customer Service — Maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts by ensuring reliability and responsiveness.
