About The Position

Qualified technicians may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance totaling up to $10,000 (based on experience), plus performance-based pay with estimated monthly earnings of $8,000–$12,000 , depending on experience and production. We’re looking for an experienced Ford or Toyota Technician with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. Requirements

Service technician certifications preferred, but will train and certify experienced, driven techs
Strong automotive background
Ability to work with a team
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Must have clean & valid driver's license
Commitment and record for excellent attendance and punctuality

I-CAR Certificate of Advanced Training, preferred
NC State Inspection License

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Successfully complete all brand and career assigned training
