About The Position

Qualified technicians may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance totaling up to $10,000 (based on experience), plus performance-based pay with estimated monthly earnings of $8,000–$12,000 , depending on experience and production. We’re looking for an experienced Ford or Toyota Technician with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. Our location continues to expand, and we’re hiring 4 new technicians to meet increased service demand and create long-term growth opportunities. Requirements

  • Service technician certifications preferred, but will train and certify experienced, driven techs
  • Strong automotive background
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license
  • Commitment and record for excellent attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

  • I-CAR Certificate of Advanced Training, preferred
  • NC State Inspection License

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
  • Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Successfully complete all brand and career assigned training
