Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or tech nician training preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
• A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections
• Assist with multi-point inspections and work alongside experienced tech nicians
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Deliver high-quality service that meets Ford and Priority standards
