About The Position

Ford Spring Hill is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. We are offering a $3k sign on bonus!!!! Closed on Sundays. Salary based on experience. Requirements

Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
Proficient in automotive diagnostics with a solid understanding of mechanical knowledge.
Experience with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices.
Ability to work with powertrain systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Competence in using hand tools safely and effectively in an automotive environment.
Service technician: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Spring Hill, FL 34606 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Spring Hill, FL 34606: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Ford vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues related to powertrain, electrical systems, and overall vehicle performance.
Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Repair and replace faulty components as needed, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to perform repairs efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
