Requirements

  • Ford Certification Required: Valid Ford factory training and credentials.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using modern diagnostic software and equipment.
  • Credentials: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for excellence in automotive care.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles in accordance with factory standards.
  • Handle various service needs including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and climate control systems.
  • Utilize Ford-specific diagnostic tools (IDS/FDRS) to identify issues and implement efficient solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair timelines and additional maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
