Requirements

  • Ford Certification required (any level—specialty or advanced certifications a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles using OEM procedures
  • Perform maintenance including brakes, tires, oil changes, and inspections
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers
  • Use Ford diagnostic equipment and repair tools efficiently
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed
