Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide representation and project management for major OEMs/automotive manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to find new leads and generate recurring business.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients are satisfied with the products or services they receive.
  • Network to develop potential customer relationships and attend client meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and handle customer needs.
  • Set sales targets and make suggestions to improve sales performance.
  • Oversee account representatives and manage the sales process.
  • Make regular reports on sales performance and generate progress reports for clients.
  • Source and secure new clients, and identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
