Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/ASE certification preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in automotive service (Ford certification a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair procedures
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and verify guest concerns using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and warranty work
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and guests on vehicle status
- Uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
