Veero Ford is expanding our service team and looking for both experienced Main Line Technicians and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our Ford-certified shop. Whether you’re performing routine maintenance or diagnosing advanced electrical and drivability concerns, you’ll be part of a high-performing, quality-focused environment. Our Ford Service Department is equipped with the latest factory diagnostic equipment, tools, and software, allowing you to perform your best work every day. Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on automotive repair or maintenance experience required
- Ford or ASE certifications preferred (higher pay for certified techs)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Ford or ASE certifications preferred (higher pay for certified techs)
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Stellantis vehicles
- Handle both routine and complex repairs including brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine work
- Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks (Maintenance Technicians)
- Diagnose drivability and electrical issues (Main Line Technicians)
- Test-drive vehicles and perform post-repair quality checks
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Stay current with factory training and participate in ongoing education
