Veero Ford is expanding our service team and looking for both experienced Main Line Technicians and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our Ford-certified shop. Whether you’re performing routine maintenance or diagnosing advanced electrical and drivability concerns, you’ll be part of a high-performing, quality-focused environment. Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on automotive repair or maintenance experience required
  • Ford or ASE certifications preferred (higher pay for certified techs)
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Ford or ASE certifications preferred (higher pay for certified techs)

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Stellantis vehicles
  • Handle both routine and complex repairs including brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine work
  • Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks (Maintenance Technicians)
  • Diagnose drivability and electrical issues (Main Line Technicians)
  • Test-drive vehicles and perform post-repair quality checks
  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
  • Follow all dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Stay current with factory training and participate in ongoing education
