Open Roles (All Levels Welcome) Ford Dealership / Service Technician (A/B/C) Heavy-Line Technician Transmission Technician Master Technician Electrical/Diag, Engine, Accessories, Used-Vehicle Reconditioning, Truck/Van/HD Quick Lube / Entry-Level Technician What You’ll Do Complete automotive repairs efficiently and accurately to Ford/OEM standards Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, steering/suspension, brakes, A/C, and more Road-test vehicles; use modern diagnostic tools and special service equipment Communicate clearly with Advisors; recommend additional work and provide accurate ETAs Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications What You Bring Dealership or independent shop experience (varies by role); Ford certifications a plus Strong mechanical/diagnostic skills with solid documentation habits Tools & toolbox Team mindset and customer-first approach in a fast-moving shop Comfortable with electronic diagnostic equipment; basic computer skills Valid driver’s license & clean MVR; background & drug screen required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay $25,000 technician retention bonus Free health insurance option , plus dental & vision available 401(k) with company contribution Immediate PTO , paid holidays & vacation Short/long-term disability options Employee discounts & long-term job security About Huntersville Ford Locally owned (Krause Auto Group) and trusted across the Lake Norman/Charlotte area, we keep customers on the road with quality repairs—done right—by technicians who are respected and rewarded . Requirements

  • Dealership or independent shop experience (varies by role); Ford certifications a plus
  • Strong mechanical/diagnostic skills with solid documentation habits
  • Tools & toolbox
  • Team mindset and customer-first approach in a fast-moving shop
  • Comfortable with electronic diagnostic equipment; basic computer skills
