About The Position

The Detail Associate position at Ford Wilbraham involves delivering excellent service to all customers, ensuring positive interactions, and assisting with inquiries. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized workplace while providing quality detail services in accordance with company training and standard guidelines. Responsibilities include cleaning and washing both the interior and exterior of customer vehicles, vacuuming interiors to remove dirt and debris, and cleaning upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using various cleaning products and devices. Additionally, the associate will apply revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to protect interior components. Flexibility for potential open and/or closing shifts is required, along with other duties as assigned by the Detail Manager.

Requirements

• Must be a team player.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Detail oriented.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Detail Manager.
