About The Position
This opportunity is for Odessa College students that have enrolled into the Ford ASSET program. The Ford Automotive Student Service Educational Training (ASSET) program allows students to drive their passion and make it a career. ASSET is the only program with a paid internship allowing students to earn while they learn. Students alternate for eight weeks in the classroom and eight weeks with their sponsoring Ford or Lincoln dealer over a two-year period. At the end of the two years, they earn an Associate's Degree and valuable in-dealer experience.
