About The Position

With six retail locations in the Pacific Northwest, Footwise is the kind of shoe store where comfort and style mix effortlessly with friendly and knowledgeable service. Footwise is part of ERHCo Inc - an Oregon-based, family-run business that operates retail shoe stores from Eugene to Hood River. Keyholder is a store leadership position. Employees can make a positive impact on the community, while becoming experts in footwear and foot health. Our Keyholders have the opportunity to share their knowledge with customers and staff, while providing the best level of service possible and leading by example.

  • An individual with prior experience as a retail salesperson with cash handling and one-on-one customer sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Store opening and closing
  • Merchandising
  • Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
  • Maintaining a high level of personal sales, setting the pace on the sales floor.
  • Inventory management
  • Processing and reporting sales transactions
  • Assist the manager with employee training and development if called upon to do so.
  • Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.

Benefits

  • Training rate of $18.00 per hour
  • After training, employees convert to 12% commissions. This is based on net sales, with no cap on earnings.
