About The Position

KURU Footwear in Salt Lake City, Utah is on a mission to deliver world-class comfort and world-class service , and we're looking for a Customer Experience Rockstar who knows how to wow customers, solve problems, and represent a brand they genuinely believe in. This role blends showroom hospitality, customer support, and a little office magic-all powered by great people skills. Schedule: Part-Time - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00a to 5:00p Pay: $16-$20 hour The Basics - Delivering a standout customer experience in our showroom and via email Greeting visitors and making sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of Answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately Helping customers find the right footwear solution-fit, feel, and function matter here Assisting with purchases, returns, refunds, warranty requests, and order changes Resolving customer issues like lost shipments or address updates with confidence and care Keeping the reception area clean, polished, and on-brand Supporting general office needs (mail distribution, office supplies, stocking the KURU Café-yes, that's a thing) Meeting or exceeding scorecard expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence What Helps You Crush This Role - Experience & Education High school diploma or GED 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or support) Footwear experience is a bonus-but not required Skills That Matter Confident communicator (in person, over the phone, and in writing) Comfortable navigating computers and multiple systems Patient, positive, and professional-even in tricky situations Able to work independently and adapt when things change Proficient with social media and comfortable representing a brand Reliable attendance and strong follow-through Innovative mindset-you're always thinking about how to improve the customer experience Competitive in the best way-you set goals and enjoy winning Physical & Work Environment - Mostly office-based with some time assisting customers onsite Sitting for extended periods; occasional standing/walking Frequent computer and phone use Repetitive hand and wrist movement Occasionally lifting items up to 15 lbs If helping people feel amazing on their feet sounds like a win, APPLY TODAY!!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
