About The Position

A full-time Footings and Foundations Foreman is needed at M&T Enterprises in Utah and Salt Lake Counties! Why You'll Love This Role: 401K, 401K Matching, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Employee Referral Program YOUR DAY AS OUR FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATIONS FOREMAN: You'll have a full-time schedule between 6 AM and 4 PM that includes: Overseeing the concrete build of footings and foundations Checking dimensions and ensuring proper placement Supervising bolts and hold-downs Maintaining clean, safe, and compliant job sites Managing multiple construction crews and keeping projects on schedule FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATIONS FOREMAN REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of concrete footing/foundation pouring experience Ability to read plans, grades, and elevations Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards Detail-oriented and able to lead teams with clarity Valid driver's license Bilingual is a plus APPLY WITH PURPOSE: We know you are busy - that's why our initial application is quick and mobile-optimized. Requirements

• 5+ years of concrete footing/foundation pouring experience
• Ability to read plans, grades, and elevations
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Detail-oriented and able to lead teams with clarity
• Valid driver's license
