About The Position
Sun Devil Athletics seeks an Football Operations Quality Control who assists with various recruitment and scouting operations, and with day-to-day operations of the football program. Reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Football. Adheres to NCAA and Big 12 rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of the department, the university and the Arizona Board of Regents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and three years (3) experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

- Experience with travel and/or Concur.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience planning, analyzing and coordinating activities and establishing priorities.
- Experience creating reports and analyzing data.
- Experience with MS Office programs, including calendar maintenance.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assists Director of Football Operations with day-to-day operations of the football program.
- Practice Check In/Security Management
- Facilities Management – assist DFO with placing Work Orders and Mang. Facility Needs.
- Copier Room/Players Lounges.
- Advance Set up at Home Hotel Facility set up for game – Entrance, Locker Room, Coaches Suite
- Assist with Team Arrival logistics
- Assist Nutrition With Post Game Food
- Traveler assignment / Check in logistics / Departure Logistics-Post Season – Assist DFO/ DFA with post season Bowl/CFP Planning and execution.
- Assist DFO with Concur Reports / Reconciliation
- Develops, updates and distributes departmental manuals, handbooks, and policies and procedures.
- Assists in planning and organizing summer camps and clinics.
- Camp Tontozona Advance Coordination
- Assist Director of Personnel Relations with various aspects regarding on campus experience for official and unofficial visits
- Assist Director of Player Personnel with various scouting and evaluation assignments for both high school and portal personnel
- Assist recruiting and personnel department with hosting unofficial visitors when needed
- Home gameday assistance with recruiting tailgate / movement of coaches and staff
- Assist with TCR quality control: update recruit info/measurements/contacts
