1. Attend and take part in the in-service training provided by the Athletic Director and Head Coach. 2. Be familiar with and follow the policies of Highland Community College, the NJCAA, and the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. 3. Complete all Quality Control tasks as assigned by the Head Coach and/or Offensive Coordinator 4. Attend practices, meetings, and professional development opportunities as assigned by the Head Coach. 5. Teach proper fundamentals, techniques, and skills involved with playing Offensive Line. 6. Assist the Offensive Coordinator with Game plan duties, and assist with Special Teams duties as assigned. 7. Teach sportsmanship, accountability, discipline to HCC athletes and set an example of good moral and physical behavior. 8. Assume responsibility of assisting the head coach, under his/her supervision, in performing assigned responsibilities. 9. Assist the Head Coach with recruiting activities. 10. Demonstrate loyalty, commitment and support for Highland Community College, the Athletic Department, and the growth and development of all students that the College serves. 11. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Related experience and/or training desired. Certificates/Licenses/Registrations Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
