About The Position

FootJoy is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to lead our Northern NJ, Northeastern PA, Southeast NY territory. Based in Northern, NJ, this role covers vibrant markets including Monmouth and Somerset Counties, Southeast NY, Allenton, Scranton region. With approximately 234 direct accounts and projected 2025 sales of $2.5M, you'll be responsible for selling and servicing the FootJoy product line with excellence. Expect around 10-12 overnights annually as you build strong relationships and deliver premium service across this dynamic territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven sales experience required.
• Golf industry knowledge essential.
• Strong digital skills for managing customer data and orders.
• Willingness to travel overnight (10-12 nights annually).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and distribution goals across assigned product lines.
• Ensure accurate and timely order entry, car-stock management, and promotional budget tracking.
• Merchandise FootJoy products and maintain displays and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a service-first mindset.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Balance customer needs with company objectives.
• Represent the FootJoy brand at key golf events and through daily engagement with PGA professionals and influencers.
