The ideal candidate is expected to work across all areas of the café as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, food preparation, cashiering, restocking, cleaning, and assisting in service areas. Regular interaction with customers is a key part of the role.   • Work across all areas of the café including food preparation, cashiering, restocking, cleaning, and assisting in service areas.
  • Regularly interact with customers.
  • Perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas.
  • Assist in kitchen tasks including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation.
  • Ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions as a Dietary Aid.
  • Assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays.
  • Hospitality experience is desired.
  • Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics for inventory and portioning.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Experience as a cook or culinary schooling.
