Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Experience desired but open to train candidates with a passion for food.
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed.
• Hospitality-driven and able to work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and a smile.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality/Retail service experience.
• Experience as a cook or culinary schooling.

Responsibilities

• Perform retail, food and drink service tasks in Airport café.
• Maintain a friendly and efficient attitude towards guests, co-workers and clients.
• Set up work area and service departing flights.
• Brew coffee and fill beverage machines.
• Set up hot and/or cold food areas.
• Tend to food and bar service.
• Perform cashier duties.
• Stock condiment areas and replenish paper supplies.
• Assist with the proper storage, dating and rotating of stock.
• Maintain merchandising in service areas.
• Prepare portions, assemble and label food items.
• Work on service line.
• Clean tables, counters and various types of kitchen equipment and sweep and mop floors.
• Receive and put away orders as needed.
