Responsibilities

• Support the Butler High School Production Team in creating baked goods.
• Assist in the culinary execution for the food service program.
• Perform duties including plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, and retail areas.
• Assist in kitchen tasks including prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef Menus.
• Create, transport, setup, serve, and breakdown banquet-style food displays for catering events.
• Work as a cafeteria substitute on an as-needed basis.
