The purpose of the Foodservice Sales Manager (FSM) is to be responsible for assembling and directing the team of Foodservice Sales Developers (FSD) to meet the company’s sales / market penetration strategy. The FSM forecasts regional revenues and coordinates the sales team’s efforts to meet those goals. Must be effective at closing key business goals, as set by the Director of Foodservice Sales. This role will establish trust, build relationships, and close on key business quickly while leading the team. Work requires travel, primarily in assigned region with roughly 40% overnight (two days a week average). The average week would likely include 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days with field personnel
