This team member… Will help ensure client and customer service satisfaction with efficient, cost-effective management meeting and exceeding expectations. Responsible for all food service-related activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and all location-related activities, such as catered events. Delivers expertise in training staff and supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills. Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation. Ability to communicate on various levels including management, client, customer, and associate levels. Will be responsible for all food service-related activities including patient care and non-patient food services (retail, catering etc.), quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and all hospital-related activities.
