Requirements

• Valid ServeSafe Certification
• 1-2 years of commercial kitchen or food truck experience
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to learn new basic software programs
• Outstanding customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to all customers.
• Cook, bake, or grill food according to set recipes and daily menu.
• Ensure consistency in portions and appearance per guidelines.
• Perform weekly inventory checks and labeling of food and supplies.
• Communicate with the Food Truck Supervisor about low stock and re-ordering needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date waste log.
• Open and close the till, reporting daily sales using the POS system.
• Keep the food truck space clean and sanitized according to health department regulations.
• Follow all necessary opening and closing procedures.
• Complete Skald Coffee Cafe training.
• Work shifts in the Café or cover breaks and lunches as needed.
