About The Position
London Calling Pasty Company is an award-winning food truck business based in Springfield, MO, specializing in British-themed cuisine. As a family-owned business, we pride ourselves on our growing fleet of food trucks and are currently seeking enthusiastic food service team members and drivers to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay of $20 per hour, with shifts typically lasting between 10 to 12 hours, three days a week, and Sundays off. The work involves traveling to various locations within an hour or two of Springfield, where you will engage with customers and provide them with a memorable dining experience. To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers. The position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as you will be responsible for driving the food truck to and from events. Previous driving experience, particularly with larger vehicles such as UPS, FedEx, or U-Haul trucks, is highly beneficial. We offer on-site training to ensure that all team members are well-prepared for their responsibilities, which include cooking food, operating a cash register, expediting customer orders, and maintaining food safety standards.
