Requirements

Friendly, encouraging team player
Excellent communication skills
Must have a valid driver's license and a working smartphone with GPS
Must be able to pass DOT Physical
Ability to lift 30-50 lb. consistently
Detail-oriented with a passion for guest service
Commitment to hard work, dependability, and representing the brand well
Open Availability is preferred

Responsibilities

Smile, make eye contact, and speak enthusiastically
Create emotional connections with guests
Prepare, cook, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Resolve customer issues in a helpful and friendly manner
Other duties as assigned

Benefits

Full-time Hours: Up to 14hr shifts available 8am-10pm Monday thru Saturday during most of the year. Hours adjusted during the summer due to extreme heat.
