This role offers a flexible schedule, no weekends, and plays a huge role in your local community! You will pick up meals in Slayton and deliver them to Tracy. This position typically runs from 11:00AM until 12:00PM. Job Summary: As a Food Transport Worker, you will transport food in bulk from a central kitchen for delivery to a designated satellite site(s), following MN Department of Health food handling regulations. You will load and unload bulk food containers in and out of a vehicle at satellite sites and upon completion as well as return empty food containers to the central kitchen.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license
  • acceptable driving record
  • a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR)
  • Ability to deliver food and drive in all types of weather conditions
  • Must be able to follow proper lifting techniques

Responsibilities

  • transport food in bulk from a central kitchen for delivery to a designated satellite site(s), following MN Department of Health food handling regulations
  • load and unload bulk food containers in and out of a vehicle at satellite sites and upon completion
  • return empty food containers to the central kitchen
