The right Food Team Member checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator. The Food Team Member position is a frontline position responsible for a wide variety of task to include but not limited to; taking orders, serving, prepping, stocking, organizing, and operating a cash register. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
