Pepsi Beverages United States (PBUS) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. The Food Service Representative role for Food Service will execute a selling strategy in assigned accounts. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment include: Restaurants, C&G Fountain, Rec/Amusement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient Excel & Power Point skills
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Safe driving record strongly preferred
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in food service is a plus
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience

Responsibilities

  • Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Forecasting responsibility
  • Beverage Optimizer management
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
