About The Position
The position involves preparing, plating, serving, and transporting food and supplies to ensure a high level of satisfaction for a diverse customer base, which includes patients, family members, physicians, other employees, and the public. The incumbent is responsible for providing quick, accurate, and courteous service, as well as resolving customer concerns. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities related to sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety. The position requires operating a variety of food service and computer equipment and working on the Patient Line.
