Requirements

Must be at least 15 years old to operate POS, at least 16 years old to cook and operate baking equipment, and at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
Must have excellent cash handling and customer service skills.
Must possess oral and written English skills, and must be able to communicate with guests and fellow Team Members effectively.
Energy and enthusiasm for long shifts.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
You will also work closely with many different types of machinery. Extreme caution needs to be used at all times.
Available to work overtime if over 18 years old.
Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to walk or stand for up to 6 hours a shift.
Requires occasional kneeling and bending.
Requires occasional reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
Requires occasional carries up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel hand truck.
Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.

Responsibilities

Cashier: Accept payment from guests via card or season pass meal voucher.
Hand food/product to guests after transaction is complete.
Make soda/Icees to order.
Keep area clean and free of trash or clutter.
Cook: Cook food either from grill, fryer, hot dog roller, or toaster oven.
Prep food to be served: assemble cheeseburgers, hot dogs, etc.
Clean kitchen area.
ALL: Ensure that guest satisfaction is the focus of each stand at all times .
Must have good attendance and punctuality.
Maintain proper grooming.
Properly operate POS in accordance with cash handling policy.
May be required to perform work in other areas of the park as needed.
Ensure that all food equipment is properly used and maintained.
Maintain a guest ready environment, which includes having sufficient product and a clean environment.
Keep food preparation areas clean and organized.
Ensure that cooking projections are adhered to.
Other duties as assigned.
