Requirements

  • Must be at least 15 years old to operate POS, at least 16 years old to cook and operate baking equipment, and at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
  • Must have excellent cash handling and customer service skills.
  • Must possess oral and written English skills, and must be able to communicate with guests and fellow Team Members effectively.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for long shifts.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • You will also work closely with many different types of machinery. Extreme caution needs to be used at all times.
  • Available to work overtime if over 18 years old.
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to walk or stand for up to 6 hours a shift.
  • Requires occasional kneeling and bending.
  • Requires occasional reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
  • Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
  • Requires occasional carries up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel hand truck.
  • Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.

Responsibilities

  • Cashier: Accept payment from guests via card or season pass meal voucher.
  • Hand food/product to guests after transaction is complete.
  • Make soda/Icees to order.
  • Keep area clean and free of trash or clutter.
  • Cook: Cook food either from grill, fryer, hot dog roller, or toaster oven.
  • Prep food to be served: assemble cheeseburgers, hot dogs, etc.
  • Clean kitchen area.
  • ALL: Ensure that guest satisfaction is the focus of each stand at all times .
  • Must have good attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain proper grooming.
  • Properly operate POS in accordance with cash handling policy.
  • May be required to perform work in other areas of the park as needed.
  • Ensure that all food equipment is properly used and maintained.
  • Maintain a guest ready environment, which includes having sufficient product and a clean environment.
  • Keep food preparation areas clean and organized.
  • Ensure that cooking projections are adhered to.
  • Other duties as assigned.
