About The Position

The Food Services Prep Attendant is responsible for preparing hot and cold foods to fulfill orders in both patient and retail areas. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of food assembly, maintains quality control, and adheres to sanitation standards during meal preparation.

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• No specific licensure or certification required by law.

• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods to meet orders in patient and retail areas.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the assembly of food items at the grill station.
• Assist in the assembly of patient food trays, including cold and packaged components.
• Maintain quality control and appearance of food according to recipes.
• Adhere to sanitation standards as per the HACCP program during meal preparation.
• Support team members throughout the tray assembly stations.
