Performs a variety of food service duties for patient care. Assembles patient trays using standardized processes, following all guidelines for modified diets, stocks galleys as required. Follow all standards in preparing food for modified diets as prescribed by physicians. Follows correct portioning of food for adherence to modified diets. Stocks food items on the patient assembly line. Cleaning duties as assigned.
