The Food Services Manager will manage and oversee all functions of food production at our Stout Street Recuperative Care Center. The Food Services Manager will oversee the food preparation, dining services and schedule, and kitchen management for persons experiencing homelessness requiring recuperative care and support for an acute medical need. The facility features a commercial kitchen that serves three meals a day and snacks. Operational and administrative oversight includes but is not limited to budgetary compliance, grant management, supervision, staff scheduling, supply chain management, meal planning, and the coordination of external vendor relationships, contracts, and invoices for food. The Food Services Manager will also oversee the food and kitchen budget of the program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the food industry who wants to make a daily impact supporting some of Denverâs most vulnerable neighbors.
