The Food Services ERP Student Analyst provides students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Dining Management System within a real campus dining operation. Student will work directly with Food Services leadership and vendor consultant specialists to help modernize operations, streamline procurement and inventory processes, and support data-driven decision making. Students will participate in multiple phases of the ERP implementation, including process discovery, system configuration, and operational rollout.
